Within 2 hours of the first module, I had further clarity on my business proposition and how I support my clients like never before that left me amazed and wanting more.

Clarifying my Core Identity was super helpful in giving me the confidence to move forward and be clear about what I stand for and who I was targeting. I had the privilege of attending Elite Business Live where she was a panelist contributing on the topic of How Growth Mindsets Can Power Up Global Success. Having read some of Judith's writings, it was good to hear the perspective she brought to the table, life. I felt that Judith style of communication was relatable and her relaxed approach did not in any way disguise the depth of her knowledge of the subject matter.

Wow, what a great presenter she is. The topic was how to engage and retain future leaders - and Judith certainly knew how to engage. She shared fascinating insights into the behaviours and skills that leaders need to demonstrate if they are to live up to the expectations of the younger generations of the workforce. She also kept the audience energised by seeking out our opinions and perspectives, making it a highly interactive session. All round, I was very impressed!

I can definitely say that I left feeling inspired. The insight into the 6 decisions we make as leaders was a great identifier and something I have been reflecting on since. Sometimes we may already be doing something, but when you put something under a microscope you can see the detail of the process. On a personal note, Judith is definitely one of those positive people that we should be surrounding ourselves with, her passion for the work she does is apparent in her delivery; it’s infectious.

It was great to listen to Judith and take in her responses to some pretty challenging questions on the topic of DE&I. Her answers were always concise and impactful, often referencing relevant experiences, news articles, data points or laws which really added gravity to the points she was delivering.
